We had the pleasure of having Raging Bull Tacos cater the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Resting Rainbow of Austin, and they exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with our guests. Their team was professional, friendly, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. If you haven’t tried Raging Bull Street Tacos yet, you’re seriously missing out. This food truck delivers everything you hope for and then some. The food is absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite tastes like it was crafted with attention to detail, from perfectly seasoned meats to toppings that actually complement instead of overwhelm. The service is just as impressive. Friendly, welcoming, and efficient—exactly what you want when you need catering for a special event. You can tell they take pride not only in their cooking but in how they treat their customers. The menu has a great variety, whether you’re in the mood for something classic or feeling a little adventurous. Portions are generous and the quality easily rivals (or beats) many sit-down restaurants. On top of the amazing food, the entire vibe was fun, welcoming, and full of great energy! We ordered a steak quesadilla and steak tacos. The meat in both had good flavor. However, the corn tortillas on the tacos just did not have a good flavor. It was not a freshness issue, it was simply a taste that we did not enjoy. We ended up eating the steak and cheese from inside the tacos and leaving the tortillas behind. The quesadilla was okay, but it was definitely not worth $18. It was decent, just nothing special for that price. This food truck was at a sporting event, and we were excited to try it because we had seen previous videos showing how great it was. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype and we were not impressed. The staff was nice and friendly, so customer service was good, but overall the food did not meet our expectations.
